DIANE LEA

GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Diane became Chief Executive of the Staffordshire Housing Group in 2005 after a career spanning over 20 years in social housing and development. She has led the organisation through considerable diversification and growth, with the group employing over 300 staff at Staffordshire Housing, Revival and Arch. Diane has great passion for providing outstanding services which can make a real difference to people’s lives. She has an MBA in Housing and is Chair of the Stoke-on-Trent Health and Wellbeing Board.

MELANIE DUNN

DIRECTOR OF SUPPORT AND WELLBEING

Mel has worked in the health, social care, and voluntary sectors and has been a strategic manager in a local authority. She has led on developments in integration and partnerships between health and social care, and the joint commissioning of services. Committed to social justice and equality, Mel has a particular interest in co-production, active engagement and participation to influence and direct strategy.

Mel currently oversees Arch, our support charity, and Revival, our wellbeing and home improvement agency.

ROB MORTON

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Rob joined Staffordshire Housing Group after spending the majority of his career in the oil and gas industry, and latterly within the PFI sector. He has over 20 years’ experience in commercial and financial roles and is responsible for Finance, Business Improvement and Transformation, and ICT services within the organisation. He is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

TIM SHEAIL

DIRECTOR OF HOUSING SERVICES

Tim joined Staffordshire Housing Group as director of housing services in 2007 and has worked in housing and property management for over 30 years. Tim has a particular interest in customer service and improving choice in housing.  He is responsible for customer services, housing management, maintenance and asset management. He has a MPA in public services and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
